Not at all! Our yoga classes are designed for all levels, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. We tailor each class to meet the needs of every participant so you can practice at your own pace and level of comfort!
What should I wear to yoga class?
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement. You don't need any special equipment—just yourself and a mat (we provide mats if needed). We want you to feel at ease and relaxed throughout your practice.
